"I have a problem with correcting credit information used by State Farm when calculating my auto insurance premium. This is not a problem created by State Farm but rather by the credit bureau they use. Amanda was super helpful in helping me sort through this and help guide me towards getting this corrected. My wife and I have been customers of State Farm for over 35 years and have been highly pleased with their service and customer support."

He's professional, but not afraid to joke around with me which I love. 06/04/24 My latest interaction was with Amanda who responded to me about my issue within a day!
